How can I make a booking for your villa in the resort?

Answer
Simply complete the enquiry form for Baan Talay Samran

What happens if I pay but then want to cancel my booking?   

Answer
Bookings must be paid for in full in advance. 
Cancellations made 2 month or more before the booking date will receive an 90% refund
Cancellations made less than 1 month and more than 1 week before the booking date will receive a 20% refund
Cancellations made less than 1 week before the booking date will receive no refund.

How do I arrange to get the keys when I arrive at the villa?  

Answer
Each villa owner will have their own setup for checking in/out.
In Baan Talay Samran, you can collect the keys from the Juristic Persons Office.
On arrival, the On-site manager will show you around the house and ensure that everything is working OK.

Is breakfast included?   

Answer
No.  Prices are for self catering accommodation.   However, in Baan Talay Samran there is a restaurant.  
If you want, you can also use the kitchen in the villa.  I would recommend using the OK Supermarket on Narrathip Road.

I own a villa in Thailand – can I use your website to promote my property?   

Answer
Yes.  But not just yet.  At the moment I am just focussing on getting my own property in Baan Talay Samran online.  
In the very near future, I will adding an administration backend where you will be able to upload your own property.

Whats the flash image on the Homepage?  Is that  your villa?   

Answer
Yes and No. Actually, its a doctored photo - its not the real thing.  We took a few photos of my villa and the complex and merged them all together to make the Flash image. 

However, very important to point out that the VIlla Images on the property detail page are the real deal.  The only altered image on the website is the main flash image on the Homepage

How do I pay you?

Answer
You can pay by Bank transfer to my Thai Bank account or pay by credit card using Paypal.  Once you confirm your booking I will provide details.

What is included in the standard price per night?

Answer
Accommodation in my beach villa includes electricity and water rates.  There is also bi-weekly maid cleaning.  I also provide towels and bed linen.
