"I lived in Thailand between 2001 and 2007. I left to come home to Ireland to enjoy the Celtic Tiger that I had been hearing about for years! I worked as an IT Manager in a manufacturing company as an overpaid and over-rated Expat. The Thai guys I had working for me were the main reasons for my success and they are the ones behind this website too! I love Thailand and I miss it dearly. What keeps me going are the thoughts that I will eventually make it back there, settle down and retire in peace -and maybe even some glory. That time may come sooner than expected based on the CEC ""Current Economic Climate"". Since I have come home to Ireland the economy has been in freefall. It is a fact that the highest point of the Irish Stock Exchange was the last working day before I came home. People should be paying me to get out of Ireland - or even better still - start using this website so that it gives me a job that I can do from Thailand."
